Made from 100% Indica long-grain rice fermented with indigenous Okinawan black koji, it is single-distilled in a stainless-steel pot still and aged a full 18 years in refill fino and manzanilla sherry casks, with natural color, and it earned 91 points at the 2021 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.
