Reviewed March 2016The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Katherine Goldschmidt Crazy Creek seems to have slightly more complexity and richness than its siblings. This shows good blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit as well as hints of chocolate, earth and oak. It is medium to full-bodied and seems to be more multidimensional than the Forefathers. (RP)

A closed, tight and grippy wine, this has a big tannic structure that supports a landscape of cassis, cranberry and ripe plum, along with clove and tobacco. Fuller-bodied in style, it finishes smooth and lean. (VB)
