2009 Secret Orkney (Highland Park) 15 Year Old "Signatory" #DRU 17 Refill Oloroso Sherry Puncheon Cask Strength Non Chillfiltered Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Founded in 1988, Signatory is an independent Scotch whisky bottler. This 2009 Secret Orkney (Highland Park) was matured for 15 years in a refill Oloroso sherry puncheon and bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. The refill designation indicates a cask previously used for whisky maturation, rather than its first use after holding sherry.
