The 2024 Riesling Vandenberg is a potent, explosive wine that is a dead ringer for a Mosel GG. Intensely ripe fruit and potent minerality punch with serious intent. There’s an almost prickly sensation here, dancing across the tongue with salty, crystalline energy. This is a densely packed, gorgeous, complete white of total class. Exotic floral tones lift the citrus-driven mid-palate and carry through an insanely long finish. Bravo, Graham Tatomer.
