Italesse "Alavin" (1.7L) Decanter with Clear Base

The Alavin is a decanter that keeps wine cold while it breathes. Designer Federico Venier gave it a mouth-blown glass carafe with a wide bowl and a tall, flared neck. The carafe sits in a ribbed acrylic base that doubles as an ice container, so the wine stays chilled at the table. It's a natural fit for whites, rosé and sparkling wine, and for lighter reds you like served cool. An acrylic stopper seals the carafe between pours. It holds 1.7 liters, enough for a full bottle with room to breathe or a magnum for a crowd.
