Tenuta di Arceno's 2023 Chianti Classico draws on some of the estate's coolest vineyard blocks in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The blend is 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot, aged for ten months in French oak barrels already two to three years old. In the 2023 reviews, James Suckling emphasizes intensity and firm tannins, while Wine Spectator describes bright cherry and black-currant fruit with a crisp, lingering finish.
