Ferghettina’s 2020 Milledì is a Franciacorta Brut made entirely from Chardonnay, with the second fermentation taking place in bottle. The name refers to a thousand days; the 2020 spent 36 months in bottle before disgorgement. Roberto and Andreina Gatti established Ferghettina in 1991, later building the family’s cellar in Adro. The estate describes Milledì as a selection of Chardonnay from several Franciacorta vineyards.
