The New York Cocktail Co. Negroni (375mL)

The New York Cocktail Company has serious cocktail chops behind it. Founded in 2024 by hospitality veterans Linden Pride, Rodrigo Leme, and Malte Barnekow, the project grew directly out of the experience at Dante, the historic Greenwich Village café that first opened in 1915 and was reinvented by Pride and Nathalie Hudson in 2015. Under their stewardship Dante became one of the most celebrated bars in the world, taking the #1 spot on the World's 50 Best Bars list and World's Best Bar at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards in 2019. During the pandemic, Dante also became exceptionally good at sending properly made cocktails out into the world, and NYCC grew from the realization that people wanted that same level of quality at home. Their Negroni was developed with Roberto Bracco, one of Dante's head bartenders and a specialist in the Italian aperitivo tradition. The tech sheet describes the finished drink as bright and citrus-driven, with balanced bitterness and a long, elegant finish.
