Limited edition small batch bourbon whiskey produced by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Blend of Preservation’s own distillate and Kentucky bourbons from undisclosed distilleries. Undisclosed wheated and high-rye mash bills. Aged 9-18 years in new American oak; non-age statement. Blended in micro-batches of 1-3 barrels. A show-stopping, flashing rosy copper in the glass, this whiskey opens with seductive notes of butterscotch and oozing golden raisin, accented with a whiff of cedar box. Orchard fruits, anise, sassafras, and a distinct whiff of candy-shop ride atop a lusciously textured palate, leading to a soft but persistent finish. Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% ABV (ABV may vary batch to batch)
