Ohmine Shuzou was founded in 1822 in Mine, Yamaguchi, and returned to sake production in 2010 after more than half a century of dormancy. This “3 Grain” bottling uses Omachi, a historic sake rice variety discovered in Okayama in the 19th century and valued as a parent of many later brewing-rice cultivars.
