Composed of 100% Gamay, the 2025 Fabien Collonge Beaujolais Rosé is a lot of fun. It’s chock full of strawberry preserves, cherries, rose petals, and zero pretense. Pair with meals that could use a sip of levity or enjoy during relaxed afternoons in the sun with friends or a good book.
This would also make a perfect base for a lively rosé wine spritzer—pour over ice, add a handful of raspberries or sliced strawberries, float with sparkling mineral water, and garnish with a citrus sliver of choice. Not sweet enough? Add a ½ oz. shot of Italicus or St. Germain liqueur. Cheers!
