Dusty tannins frame emerging notes of forest berries, dark loamy earth, leather, and tobacco spice. High above St. Helena, Keenan’s Spring Mountain estate has been a source for mountain-grown Bordeaux varieties since the late 1970s. “Capstone” is the winery’s Bordeaux-style red blend rather than a single-varietal bottling, tied closely to the estate’s long-running focus on Spring Mountain fruit.
