2025 Argiolas "Costamolino" Vermentino di Sardegna

Costamolino is Argiolas’s Vermentino di Sardegna, from the family estate in Serdiana, in the Trexenta hills north of Cagliari. Its name comes from the area, and the 2025 is made entirely from Vermentino. The importer records fermentation and maturation in stainless steel, with a small portion undergoing malolactic fermentation. Argiolas describes gentle pressing and a brief period on the fine lees as part of Costamolino’s production. This is a still white wine from Sardinia, presented here in a standard 750ml bottle.
