Reviewed June 2026Clean and round, with more width than verticality. Salt, limes and good fruit on the palate, with energy in the finish. Aged in 100% stainless steel tanks. Drink or hold.

All stainless steel. A slighter fuller yellow. The Fourneaux repeats the crystalline style seen in the earlier wines. Really crunchy and again with the strong lemon drop content. A little more flesh on the palate, and a little less marine behind. Still, very nicely made. Drink from 2027-2031. Tasted Jun 2025.
Notes
Bill Nanson Burgundy Report: "Have almost 3 ha of this. A lot of white clay with some blue clay in the mix but it’s steep so it’s easier here than some other places in a rainy year. All tank elevage. Bottled in January – no oak… Open and vibrant – yellow citrus energy with some white flowers here. Wide – incisive again. Melting but still with width, slightly opulent vs the Vaucoupin, lovely salinity in the finish. That’s very classy wine!"(03/2026)
