Reviewed June 2026The 2025 Rosé Grand Classique mixes wet stone with nuances of ginger and white strawberry to form its delicate bouquet. It cascades across the palate with a wave of ripe orchard fruits and crisp mineral tones, all guided by juicy acidity as hints of sour melon enliven the close. Notes
The Gavoty family has cultivated its estate in Cabasse, in Provence’s Var department, since 1806. Its 2025 Grand Classique Rosé carries the Côtes de Provence appellation, connecting a long-established family domaine with one of southern France’s historic Mediterranean winegrowing areas.
