Reviewed June 2026Minerally on the nose, with good sharpness from acidity, showing crispness and linearity. Precise and lightly salty at the end, with an uncomplicated, pithy finish. Drink now.

A blend of his three main sectors. Mid lemon yellow, lively. Fresh marine stones on the nose. This is perfectly typical and appears to have the structure to age very well. An extremely successful 2024 Chablis with a zesty aftertaste. Drink from 2027-2030. Tasted Jun 2025.

It smells of Chablis and that's a beautiful thing, deep and mineral with bright lemon and touches of apple. The palate reaffirms the nose in the best of ways, there's bright and pretty lemon candy, bruised apple, some very very ripe pear and then the mineral comes crashing through, pushing everything else aside and giving just a fantastic texture to the wine. Great, and for the price? Glorious.
Notes
Bill Nanson Burgundy Report: "Representing 21 hectares of vines; Fye, Chablis, Chichée vines – all right bank. This a bottling from the start of December. There will be multiple bottlings of this – this done 10 days. More vertical, certainly more complex and with some herb complexity too. Incisive, direct, cool flavours – growing wider – another chiselled shape. Again holding with zesty bitters in the finish. Top but wait 2 years…"(03/2026)
