Yuki Otoko is made by Aoki Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1717 in Niigata Prefecture’s snowy Uonuma area. The name means “snow man” and references a benevolent figure from regional folklore said to help travelers through deep snow. As a junmai sake, it is brewed without added distilled alcohol.
