Le Marchesine "Audens" Franciacorta Zero Dosage

Audens is Le Marchesine’s zero-dosage Franciacorta, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco. The Passirano estate gently presses whole grapes, ferments in stainless steel and then cools the wine to prevent malolactic fermentation before its second fermentation in bottle. The producer’s specification calls for at least 24 months of bottle maturation. It recommends serving Audens at 6–9°C with sushi, sashimi, herb-marinated fish or trofie with pesto.
