Dassai Blue "50 Dry" Junmai Daiginjo Sake (720ml)

Dassai Blue is brewed in Hyde Park, New York, at the American brewery established by Japan’s Asahi Shuzo, producer of Dassai sake. “50” refers to the rice polishing ratio: the grains are milled until 50% of their original weight remains. This 720ml Junmai Daiginjo is the dry expression in the Dassai Blue range.
