Hedonistas is a small batch mezcal made by Maestro Gerardo "Kain" Santiago Hernandez in Santiago Matatlan. His hand harvested Tobala is sourced in the wild and he lovingly creates an exceptionally high-quality spirit with these sacred plants. The agave was aged approximately 10-12 years before reaching maturity and roasted underground in stone lined earthen ovens before crushing on traditional tahona press. Expect classic Tobala flavors of tropical fruit and a deep satisfying herbaceous character.
