With an alcoholic content of 13%, this premium liqueur combines Ume fruit, top-tier sake, quality distillate, and a hint of rock sugar for sweetness. It can be enjoyed chilled, on the rocks, or as part of a cocktail. Prepared from specially chosen, hand-washed Ume plums, the 'Aragoshi' or 'roughly pressed' process ensures significant fruit flavor. A substantial 21% of the volume comes from Ume plum nectar and included pulp. To preserve its taste, refrigerate after opening and it's good for months.
