2022 Zudugarai "Amats" Rosé Getariako Txakolina

Amats is both the brand name of the Txakoli as well as one of Zudugarai's vineyards. It's a beautiful vineyard, a sandy substrate covered with wild cover crops growing between the rows, with the Cantabrian Sea in full view to the north. Produced from Hondarribi Zuri and Hondarrobo Beltz grapes, this is classic Txakoli rosé: zippy and crisp, with tart cherries and mixed berry flavors enlivened by a lovely spritz.
