Steven has worked tireless over the last decade to codify Singani's rightful place within the US governments regulatory system, among other great national spirits like Cognac, Pisco or Tequila. Having finally succeeded in creating an official category, Singani 63 is launching a campaign to raise awareness for this newly minted category. K&L will welcome Steven and learn about the incredible journey he took to bring this special spirt to the States. This evening features a fabulous 3 course menu and 4 Singani 63 cocktail pairings.
