Elegant, firm and dense on the palate, with a firm, tight structure and impressive complexity, it develops an impressive, long and mineral-salty finish. A great Heiligenstein. (SR)

Juicy with light flint note on the nose this Riesling is a stellar example of how complex this wine can be. It has plenty of rich supple peach and nectarine fruit combined with vivid acidity and layers of spice. Texture is supple and fresh and there is a hint of meadow flowers honey on the finish, which lingers on forever. Superb! It's definitely a must try for anyone who loves dry Riesling.
