This is 100% Malvasia, made in the traditional methode Champenoise from the windswept volcanic soils of the Canary Islands. Aged for nine months on the lees, this exhibits a very fine bead, vibrant acidity and complex array of fruit, earth, and mineral aromas and flavors. It is one of the more compelling sparkling wines we carry, exotic and extremely complex. Produced by a tiny estate that farms their uniquely situated vineyards naturally and sustainably.
