While Didier Dagueneau, the "wild man of Pouilly" is no longer with us (sadly, he died in a plane crash in 2008) his legacy lives on at the domaine be built, which is now run by his son, Louis-Benjamin. Produced from vines averaging 25-60 years of age, planted high on the slopes of St-Andelain in vineyards that boast large proportions of Silex. Aged in 450 and 600-liter barrels, as well as some of the famed "cigar" barrels that Didier designed.
