Maple and brown sugar aromas lead the nose. The bold, drying palate shows toffee, dark-roasted coffee and clove. A splash of water releases a smoky hint and a comforting cocoa note. The long, complex fin- ish offers smoked cinnamon bark, burnt orange and cayenne. This is a cask-strength blend of straight
bourbons.
Notes
The newest batch from Barrell continues the companies run of extraordinary releases that have been very well received by critics and customer's alike.
