Reviewed June 2021It’s easy to get lost in the appearance of
this ale. It is hazy golden in color, with a firm head
of mousse-like foam that lasts through the whole
drinking experience. It is slight spicy in a subtle
herbal hop characteristic that is backed with a soft
grapefruit accent.
Notes
"Belgian-style Saison ale with floral and spicy aromas and flavors, with characteristics of white pepper and fruit with a lingering dry finish. Brewed using both American and European malts and hops with a distinctive strain of farmhouse yeast. Primary fermentation took place in our open-top fermenters." (Brewery notes)
