Aged in Limousin oak for a minimum of 2 years, this Cognac takes on a remarkable amber hue despite the minimal usage of caramel and boisé additions. The inclusion of young Grande Champagne fruit keeps the spirit extremely bright and fresh providing a lively acidity without sacrificing the rich, round, and soft palate.
