Very fun wine, with a good core of fruit, but dry. Ppleasing and easy drinking. I would serve it very cold with say... grilled shrimp and polenta, or how about chicken sofrito with Spanish rice?
Notes
This 100% Syrah is made from grapes grown in organically grown vineyards. Handpicked to avoid any damage, the first free run juices are used for this wine. Overnight maceration and a gravity-fed system. Dosage of 8 g/l.
