This is an outstanding deal in a category where almost no deals exist: Sherry aged, distillery bottled malt with an age statement. I loved this rich, complex, deep whisky for the texture and finesse that only time can bring. I also loved the lift on the back, this nutty, round malt snaps into focus on the finish, which is long and detailed. The few cases that we received of this won't last long, and I am sure that I will kick myself for only buying one bottle once it is gone!

The 15 year old Pedro Ximenez edition takes that classic malty character and adds the richness and texture of Spain's sweetest sherry to the mix, elevating the flavors from solely vanilla and barley into chocolate, mocha, and fudge. Normally priced at eighty dollars or more, this is a deal you won't want to miss.
