This whiskey, though higher proof, has no "bite" to it. Like the rest of the West Cork products, it is smooth and round. The nose has wonderful fruit cake aromas and spices, On the palate, rich and round yellow apple flavors and baked caramel. A perfect pick for those of you looking to jump into the whiskey market!
