Bright, pale yellow-gold. Reticent but extremely pure, floral aromas of fresh tropical fruit salad, sweet spices and vanilla, lifted by mineral and lemony botrytis nuances. Wonderfully honeyed, pristine tropical and fresh citrus fruit flavors are complemented by clove and nutmeg. Harmonious acidity lifts and extends the wine's fruit flavors at the back. The 2013 vintage really plays to this estate's strengths, as Sigalas Rabaud is always a refined, graceful Sauternes. Superb potential here.

Very bright and engaging, with a range of green almond, glazed pear, creamed yellow apple and apricot notes all stretching out nicely already. Flecks of ginger, toasted peach and guava fill in the finish. (JM)
