Octomore "7.1" Heavily Peated Islay Single Malt Whisky (750ml)

There is a "Cult Following" among lovers of Single Malts from around the World....and THIS is one of the Scotches that is followed by those lovers. Each release is a powerful illustration of the art of the master distiller. Each is necessarily unique, limited, finite, a celebration of nuance. It can never be reproduced. For Octomore 07.1, the barley harvested from mainland Scotland was peated to 208ppm, aged five years in American oak, and bottled at 59.5%. This has the aromas and flavors of the best of Spring and Autumn combined. See for yourself.
