2004 Bruichladdich 11 Year Exclusive Malts Single Barrel Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky (750ml)

This glorious youngish Laddie, from the early stages of the Reynier era, is one of the very first independent bottlings we've seen from this period stateside. A moment in whisky history frozen in time and delivered directly to us via Mr David Stirk's warehouses. By 2004 when this cask was distilled, the distillery was well into fomenting a veritable single malt revolution. They were obviously on the right track because this little cask shows all the wonderful rich malt and dense fruitiness you'd expect from our dear Laddie. The stony shores of Loch Indaal whispering in the background, we are transported. Since we cannot yet get single casks from the new owners Remy Cointreau, we very lucky to get a crack at this special barrel.
