Dillon's Rose Gin Liqueur (750ml)

The wonderful Rose Gin Liqueur from Dillon's starts with a base of malted and unmalted Ontario Rye. After fermentation and triple distillation, a fourth distillation occurs to create a dry gin using 7 botanicals - Juniper, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Angelica, Orris, Cardamom & Coriander. This is then left to infuse over pounds of fresh rose hips and petals for over one month. It's lightly sweetened and brought down to proof before being carbon filtered. The floral elements and the botanical nature work perfectly together. It will be a great addition to a bartenders arsenal, but will also work as a night cap or served with just the right pairing.
