Imbue Petal & Thorn Vermouth 750ml

This fun, limited-edition offering from our friends at Imbue is a Northwestern take on the bitter aperitifs like Aperol & Campari. The base is Oregon Pinot Gris, and we see an amped-up use of bitter herbs here. Barrel aging is limited to a few months to preserve freshness and local Oregon beets are used to color the product. The sweetness is diminished from the 'Bittersweet' version and it really shows in contrast with those additonal bitter herbs. We only get a few cases and K&L has been the only store in California to be offered an allocation. As usual, don't expect it to last long.
