Reviewed April 2024 A fruity but not simple nose reflects notes of strawberry, raspberry, yeast and citrus wisps. There is a lovely sense of vibrancy to the delicious middle weight flavors that are supported by a firm mousse on the markedly dry but not really austere finale. Lovely.

Fresh, well-balanced and pale pink in hue, with a core of ripe black cherry and peach skin fruit flavors enlivened by mouthwatering acidity. The refined mousse carries accents of walnut skin, anise, blood orange zest and grated ginger on the persistent finish. (AN)

The NV Brut Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru sports the merest touch of pink and the perfume of tart red and green apples. A trace of reductive flintiness on the palate joins these fresh apple notions. The foam is fine and smooth, anchored in a lovely and profound earthiness that combines with this enveloping apple freshness, resulting in a resonant and fresh wine. Lovely and lasting. (AG)

The colour is so deep it's almost rosé. Watermelon rind and rain on steel and then alpine strawberries, black pepper and stones. Soft bubbles offset by fine-ground chalk texture. Long and gripping every tiny space in the mouth. Just great. Bold orange and dusty mint. Long and insistent. Not letting go. Amazing length. (TC)
