There is, simply put, magic in these Austrian spirits, and to call them eau de vie is rather like calling Lance Armstrong a bicyclist. The Plum shows a flatteringly creamy nose, bright fruit and caramel pudding aromas, round and silky, reminiscent of chocolate, without the slightest touch of stone flavors.
