Reviewed March 2023Certified organic (Ecocert). Ch de L'Ou's signature white wine. Grenache Noir, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne. Vinified in stainless steel. This is singing! Slightly nutty nose, but masses and masses of complex acidity and zestiness and crystalline acidity. Pine needles, mountain stream. Super-refreshing. Quinine and tonic and lime. What a great wake-up call! (TC)
