A style unique to Margaret River, this SBS is both vibrant and restrained, allowing both varieties to shine. Citrusy and pungent, it shows waxy lemon, white pepper and wet wool alongside green veg notes like bell pepper and snap peas. It's really about the mouthfeel here. Round and creamy, it's buoyed by a lemony freshness and layers of flavor. Would make a stellar food wine and could gain complexity with a bit of age... *Editors' Choice* (CP) (7/2022)
