If you know anything about me, it's that I love two things - Dornoch Distillery and cold gin. When we first vistited the incredible distillery in the norhtern highlands it t was only gin that they planned to sell us. At the time they had planned to continue with there Single Malt Gin, which was both exquisite and esoteric, but when they brought a sample of their single distillates, I knew we had an opportunity for something even more delicious. Over the coming months they developed the Med Gin, a total escapists dream. This gorgeous gin is expertly crafted from the highest quality ingredients and deftly blended for a beautiful expression of the flavors of southern Europe. It's beautiful in a negroni or g&t, but the silky texture creates a wonderful base for more gin forward cocktails. I've been stuck on the perfect martini with this and I'm not going back any time soon.

This awesomely citrus dominated gin has lemon peel, orange rind, and very subtle juniper elements. It is very smooth and extremely refreshing. Delicious!

So instead of foraging local Scottish botanicals, they've sourced the highest quality Mediterranean ingredients to transport you to your beachside paradise. The result is this multi-award-winning contemporary gin. They start with their proprietary base gin and augment with single distillations of fresh seasonal organic Bergamot, Lemon, Orange, Rosemary, Thyme and Bay Leaf. Each ingredient is slowly blended with the juniper heavy base gin with great care. Finally, they slowly dilute to a perfectly 45.7% abv for one of the most silky and complex summery gins on the market today. 95 points IWSC and Winner of Best Contemporary from the World Gin Awards.
