Reviewed June 2022 In spite of all the richness, as well as a certain sweetness, this impressive gewurztraminer comes off as remarkably fresh and elegant for a wine from the exceptionally warm 2018 vintage! Such a wide spectrum of exotic fruit and floral aromas, from papaya to hibiscus. Very long and clean finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Lychee fragrance carries a hint of aloe, for a tropical feel. This wine is plump, juicy and abundant in lychee and pineapple, with savory gravel notes and tingly acidity to rein it in. The finish is long and stony, with sweet fruit lingering around the edges. (LS)
