What an incredible bottle of gin! We had this in a big lineup of stone cold London Dry classics, and it showed so spectacularly that I didn't wait five minutes after the tasting to buy one for home. This does the trick that only the best of all drinks can do- it is super refreshing and also complex and interesting. I love the cooling juniper and exotic high tones from this gin- it is all together too good for gin and tonics!

With a tiny production crew of just five women including founder and Master Distiller, Hillhamn Salome, the team strives to create modern and exciting new spirits while paying tribute to the cultural and culinary heritage of Mexico. The newest project from Flor de Luna, Condesa Gin is named for the verdant and popular Mexico City neighborhood in which it is distilled. From the core offering of the brand, Clásica, to unique botanical blends and seasonal releases, Condesa Gin draws inspiration from indigenous regional curandera (healer) traditions of Mexico; a student of the healing arts herself, Hillhamn sources many of the ingredients used here from her own garden. Botanicals include the traditional juniper, plus palo santo, sage, jasmine, coriander, elderflower, lavender, rosemary, cedron, myrrh, lime & orange zests.
