This all Pinot Noir blanc de noirs comes from two of the most important Grand Cru villages, Ambonnay and Verzenay. This 2014 base non-vintage has enjoyed 65 months on the lees and is 78% 2014 and 22% 2012. It is dosed at just 2g/l of sugar and is a powerful, streamlined style that goes very well with everything from seared tuna to smoked salmon. -Gary Westby, K&L
