From Maison Antech, located in the Southern France region of the Languedoc, comes this beautiful example of Cremant de Limoux. Named after the grande dame of the estate, Eugenie Limouzy who took over after the first World War. Composed of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc and 10% Mauzac, this Cremant is produced along the lines of methode champenoise and spends 12 months on the lees before being disgorged. Dosed to 8g/L it is a wonderfully dry and complex sparkler that continues to defy its humble price point.
