This 100% Meunier from Croutes-sur-Marne is done in the fresh, clean style of Blanc de Noirs. It is an ideal aperitif! The warm bread and tarte-tatin aromas and flavors give this some power for people who like a toastier style, but without going over the edge into heaviness.
