2015 La Jasse Castel "El Abanico" Pays l'Herault Blanc

A small estate of only 10 hectares owned by Pascale Riviere, who has converted the vinification to entirely organic practices. El Albanico, meaning "the range" in Spanish, is a blend of Carignan Blanc, Grenache, Chardonnay, Roussanne, Chenin Blanc and Petit Manseng.
