Oddero produces a classically styled Barbera, vibrant acidity, ripe fruit and earthy complexity that fills your mouth with a luscious richness. Fermented in stainless and then aged for one year in 50hl Slavonian oak barrels. A versatile food wine, try it with risotto, grilled meats, roast chicken or just cocktail it with some Taleggio cheese! Wonderfully balanced this wine will drink well over the next 3-4 years.
