Maurizio Anselma Barolo Dinner May 14th @ Incanto in San Francisco

Join K&L and Incanto Restaurant in San Francisco in an intimate opportunity to meet and talk with Barolo producer Maurizio Anselma. Maurizio's Famiglia Anselma winery is located in the commune of Barolo, new to the market; their unique approach of holding back wines for later release is revolutionary. Chef Chris Cosentino of Incanto will present a four course menu designed to go with 4 different Baroli, consisting of Lamb Agnolotti followed by Grilled squab with roasted spring onion, Bloomsdale spinach, & squab liver crostino, next a Cheese plate of Ubriaco al Durello (cow's milk) ending with a Chocolate-hazelnut torta with whipped creme fraiche and barolo-chocolate sauce for dessert.
